



Food safety encompasses purchasing, proper storage, preparation, and serving to ensure that food is maintained at safe temperatures throughout the entire process.
Therefore, students will learn about the importance of personal hygiene (handwashing, gloves, wounds, handling food with bare hands, etc.), food safety and related regulations, and how to identify poor hygiene practices.
